I'm a transplanted Brit, now living in California. I've been a writer all my life and decided to write what I liked to read about ten years ago.
Since then I've written ten books in the Constable Evans series, and five Molly Murphy books, along with several short stories. I have been nominated for every major mystery award, including the Edgar and have won seven of them.
I love to read mysteries as well as write them. When I'm not writing, or touring to promote my books, I love to sing, play the celtic harp, hike, travel and play with my little grandchildren.
