I'm sputtering into my coffee! As a native and someone who loves New York and its characters, all of these quotes speak to me ...except perhaps the one about greenery - Central Park and the smaller park near the American Museum of Natural History are gems. I do love CA, but wish I were there with you - next year, when I have a new book out, I'll come. Have fun!

Terry Shames

Hope you have a great time in NYC. These quotes are excellent. It's another universe. Not a bad one, just another one.

camille minichino

I'll hold you to it,Susan!

Doorman today, when a cabbie wouldn't cooperate--turned to us and said "you don't want him anyway. he 's an iidiot."

A great portrait of a city that I know speaks to your soul. Have fun there, Camille!

Mysti

I want to hang out in NYC with you and Al Pacino. That would be the best night ever!

My own personal NY favorite -- What the cab driver said to me when I commented on his going through a red light--

"A red light is only a suggestion."

Have a great trip in the greatest city and I wish I was there.

Rita

Priscilla

These are classic, Camille! Would be hard pressed to choose a favorite although Behan may be in the lead.... Loved your photos from the Big Apple.
