You know it, Hannah. I'll be there. Following those false trails is the fun part sometimes, especially the anticipation before opening the trunk and finding it empty.

Hannah, that was wonderful. I love it when a great storyteller makes me anticipate, guess, and fall into the journey with them.

There's nothing like a good quest, be it solving a murder mystery or going on a scavenger hunt. The thrill of the journey is part of what makes it so exciting (although it's nice to find a trunk full of presents sometimes)!

Gorgeous examples in your post! Thank you!!!!

Ann

Hannah... Loved your story! And you're right: the details absolutely pulled me in. What a great parallel to the structure of a mystery. :-)
