Writers are people, too. They have to live with the consequences of taking private observations, feelings, and beliefs and splashing them out on pages for the world to see. So just how does that awareness that your name is on the cover affect what you choose to write? Or, maybe you'd love to tell the story of a character so far outside your own reality that you fear it just wouldn't be credible.
