Hmmm, tea and clutter... Now that's an interesting turn of events, Peggy. I'd be hard pressed to follow the Japanese lady's suggestion. Junk always fills me with joy.


Sounds like my office, minus plants (they are sitting on a table outside my office window, wilting and whimpering for water).
The thought of shuffling/shoveling all the papers in our house in one huge pile fills me with absolute terror as well.
Let me know how your de-cluttering experiment goes!

I love this! So what if it doesn't end clutter, it was a great read. The clutter that really bothers me lives inside my head.
